Volunteers are a fundamental part of our community. Behind the magic there are hundreds of busy bees running around ensuring the event runs as smoothly and safely as possible – we couldn’t do what we do without them! Volunteering is a great opportunity to see part of the inner workings of a festival. It is also an opportunity to support the festival, your local community/sporting group, get some work experience in an exciting and challenging environment or to just be a part of a fabulous event.

The Deni Ute Muster is seeking volunteers for the following dates in 2025:

Thursday, October 2^nd

Friday, October 3^rd

Saturday, October 4^th

Sunday, October 5^th

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Volunteers must complete a minimum of 10 hours (2 x 5 hour shifts) over the weekend
• Volunteers will not be rostered on back to back shifts
• Volunteers must be 18+ years old
• Volunteers can request certain shifts – while we will try our best to accommodate such requests, we can not guarantee requests will be met
• In return, you will receive a volunteer wristband which gives you access to the festival for the whole weekend as well as access to the volunteer camping area.
